"The intention of the card is to allow low-income families to access services/recreation/programs in the community at a reduced rate.
Currently, partners of the program include, COLT bus, Spray Lakes, a local hair salon, the Cochrane library, Cochrane Minor Basketball, the Arts Society and a few others. Partners determine the discount they are able to provide. The program works by families or individuals applying yearly, they come into the FCSS office, and their income/financial situation is assessed.
